To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Raise a Ticket:
• Submit a support ticket via Nusuk’s help centre.
2. Clearly Explain Your Request:
• Clearly state that you wish to delete your profile completely from Nusuk.
• Mention that you are the profile holder and grant permission to delete the profile.
3. Be Persistent:
• If you receive a generic response, such as instructions to reset your password, reiterate your original request (as outlined in step 2).
4. Answer Phone Calls:
• You may receive a call from the service centre at +966115103319.
• Answer the call and explain your request clearly, using simple terms: “Please delete/remove my profile/account from Nusuk.”
5. Follow Up via Email:
• If requested, send a copy of your passport to support@hajj.nusuk.sa, including:
o Your full name as per the passport.
o Passport number.
o Contact number.
o Restate your request to delete your profile.
6. Patience and Persistence:
• It may take 2–3 attempts and a few days for the operators to acknowledge and understand your request.
• Once the request is processed and your profile is completely deleted, you should be able to register a new profile successfully.
