Khuram Chaudry is a seasoned life coach with 30 years of sports experience, including playing as a semi-professional for the New Jersey Longhorns. His achievements are numerous, from being an Athlete of the Year nominee to winning four basketball championships in Muslim Basketball and three football championships across the Jersey Association of Muslim Sports and NJplaySports. He was also named Defensive Player of the Year.

In addition to his athletic accomplishments, Khuram is passionate about wellness and education. He has dedicated his career to teaching middle and high school students, focusing on overall wellness, physical fitness, mental health awareness, and Islamic teachings. His diverse experience includes 10 years in corporate America and 10 years in a family-operated business, giving him a unique perspective on mentoring, team management, and athletic training.

Khuram holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from William Paterson University and currently teaches at the Islamic Community Culture Center. His goal is to inspire students to improve through a holistic approach that integrates physical and mental well-being.
