5. What is the class cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else.
6. Can I try a class before committing?
Yes, you can try a class but be sure to let the instructor or organizers know in order to set up the classes accordingly
7. How do I see improvement?
At the beginning of the class, we conduct a fitness assessment to establish your baseline. We will also perform another assessment in 4-8 weeks to gauge your fitness, strength, and stamina, allowing you to see your progress over time.
